Basic Natural Movement flow. This video breaks down each movement into specific parts and then combines them all into a “flow”. This features movements from basic locomotion, crawling exercises, and capoeira. Some of these movements were learned from my time training capoeira and some from my time training the ido portal method. Animal Locomotion but not animal flow 🙂
