Follow along with me in this 40-min total body conditioning workout that focuses on ground movement, locomotion, mobility, and core training.

The workout starts with a mobility warm-up and goes on to 2 rounds of primary series (6 movement patterns). This workout emphasizes mobility and core work – it’s sneaky hard and it will get you sweating. It’s great for all levels from beginners to advanced.

This is just my second video with the live cueing style. My goal is to keeping filming classes that are easier to follow along with and teach you something about your body along the way. (thanks for bearing with me as I continue to dial in the audio!)
