Functional Training: Power Endurance Workout of the Week

Tommy and Andy show you how to use supersets to produce powerful explosive movements and extend the period of time you work for.

These supersets get your heart rate up and you maintain it with the Kettlebells.

3 sets of each below;
Snatch superset = Barbell snatch x 3, Kettlebell snatch x 15 (each side)
Clean superset = Barbell clean x3, double clean x 15
Jerk superset = power jerk x3, jerk x 15

Make sure you rest in between each set!
