Primal movements are building blocks of practices like yoga, dance, parkour, and martial arts. They’re the movements we develop kids and use later in sport and in real world activities.

I keep my fitness training focused on primal movements to stay balanced in strength and mobility. And flow movement is one of my favorite ways to train – blending together different patterns and staying in constant motion.
