Thank you to Keith for collabing with me on this video! It was amazing to train in a different way than I normally do. I learned a TON and have some new exercises to incorporate in my weekly routine.

Warm Up: SkillMill Non Motorized Walk- Forward 1 min, Backward 1 min, Medium/High resistance for 5 rounds

Workout:
1) Banded Squats (weights optional): 1 round warm up, 3 sets of 10-12 squats

2) Single Leg RDL with sliders (weights optional): 4 sets 10 reps

3) Dead Bugs on Bosu: 3 sets, 10 reps per leg

4) Laying Glute Raises: 3 sets, 10-15 reps

5) Banded Kettlebell Squats: AMRAP Burnout
