Workout Meals
This easy Asian inspired soup is a quick yet flavorful meal. It has the protein as well as the veggies. It is great for a low fat diet or well as a keto diet. I have many variations of this and I can eat it everyday.

Ingredients:
3 Cups of Water
1 Tbsp Chicken Base
3-4 Button Mushrooms
2-3 Slices of Poached Chicken breast
3-4 Slices of Bacon
Handful of Bean Sprouts
2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Egg
1 tsp Chili Oil
1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil

Calories: 384
Fat: 25 gms
Net Carbs: 12 gm
Protein: 34 gm
