Barbell and Kettlebell Workout! Crush it this week killas 👊🏽💪🏽🔥

Part 1: 6 sets, rest 1 to 2 minutes in between sets
-barbell row to deadlift x 8 to 12 reps of each

Part 2: 4 sets, rest 1 minute in between sets
-alternating bridge press x 10 each arm
-Alternating swing x 20 reps
-mountain climber with reach x 5 each side

Finisher: 6 sets
-30 seconds work
-30 seconds rest
