Do This Daily 10 Minute Mobility Sequence To Feel Great

Simplicity and consistency allow people to get the best results. With that said I wanted to share one of the daily mobility routines that are going to be a part of a 4 week kettlebell and bodyweight program.

I walk you through the sequence and show you what to do and you can put anywhere from 8 to 12 minutes on the timer and do this daily as a movement routine, a warm up, or both.
